How an engagement works
Every project is different in size, but the shape is consistent.
Map the current process: which systems are involved, who owns each piece of data, where it breaks, and what “fixed” means to the people doing the work.
Propose the smallest architecture that solves the real problem. Decide what to configure and what to build, and name the trade-offs before any code is written.
Deliver in increments you can test against real data, in your environments, with error handling and logging designed in rather than bolted on.
Documentation, runbooks, and a system your team can operate. Ongoing support is available when it makes sense — not as a condition of the work.
